REEFTOWN specializes in aquacultured “aiptasia eating” Berghia Nudibranchs. They are the best natural defense against Aiptasia, as their sole diet is aiptasia anemones. Berghia Nudibranchs are non-toxic to corals and fish and are considered to be completely reef safe. We will be bringing “aiptasia free” Florida Keys Aquaculted Live Rock to the trade in early 2012. Reeftown is owned and operated by Capt. Jeff & Cindy Shelnut. Jeff is a Marine Biologist and Clinical Chemist, with over 25 years of experience with Reef Aquariums, Aquaculture and Public Seaquariums. He has worked as a professional in the industry since 1973 and has post graduate work in Coastal Zone Management. Cindy is a specialist in, Cell Biology, Molecular Genetics, Reef Aquariums and Aquaculture.
